Greetings,
Thanks for stopping by my online photo gallery and digital memoir. My goal is to immerse you in the majesty of existence. Plain and simple. Sometimes the world's beauty is absurdly apparent and all we must do is open our eyes and be present. At other times Earth's grace seems to be no more than a glinting needle point in the gloom of the darkest night - however, it true to say that at all times, in all places, and under all conditions there is a profoundly beautiful moment to be captured. People often ask what kind of photographer I am - if I'm a landscape photographer or a wildlife photographer or a portrait photographer or a street photographer or a this-kind-of photographer or a that-kind-of photographer, and I just nod my head up and down with a smile and say, 'spot on, you got it.' Please enjoy discovering my providential journey as an explorer and as a photographer. Do not hesitate to contact me. I present to you the marriage of my ravenous photographic imagination and my incessant inability to remain still.

It's not that I can't recite a mess of information about myself, telling you the general facts that comprise my being - like my name is Andrew, I was born in eighty six, and the distance between the top of my head and the soles of my feet is seventy three inches. But that's all the boring stuff - and does it really answer the question at hand? The true answer to who I am lies in every single one of these pictures - and in all the now washed away footsteps I've pressed into the Earth. I hold dear my memories of being so alive that the only thing that could have killed me was disbelief - and I definitely hold dear the echos of many soul-evolving, mind-sharpening conversations I've had with whoever wherever. It's really these images and tales of a life thoroughly and passionately examined that remind me of who I am and how I became as such. So, who am I?
As long as I can remember I have loved artwork that can be placed on a wall - and I learned through collecting over the years that there are many such forms - paintings, metal abstracts, artifacts of nature, photographic artworks, and undoubtedly countless other wall-art creations. While there is a certain air of romance that surrounds a stunning painted composition, I have come to obsession with the challenge of finding an image that is both technically unsullied and curiously powerful enough to create a third dimension on one's two-dimensional wall. And when we fill our walls, is it not true that most of the time we do so out of passionate remembrance? Pictures of our loved ones and loved creatures, images of places we've been, paintings of a paradise we dream of, fabricated abstracts that symbolize our own inner drumbeat are what surrounds us in our homes. Art is deeply personal. And so I offer to you a collection of deeply personal artwork - conceived from a hungry imagination, created through a captured reality, and constructed with undeniable museum quality.
Dive straight in and glide through time with this chronological collection of my absolute best work. Organized from most recent captures straight back to the first moment I snapped something worth saving, I invite you to indulge in almost one decades' worth of my blood, sweat, and tears. And, I hope that this is only the beginning - that there are many more decades filled with this treasure of capturing life's illimitable perspectives. But, if I am gone tomorrow, please know that all these pictures were composed in passionate pursuit of the billion glinting animations of the glory of Spirit - that I have held a camera to my eye for no other reason than to simply crescendo the great mystery of Earth’s beauty as it echos from its limitless source.
